Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions & Pre-orders for Supplement Products
Some items in our store, such as nutritional supplements, may be offered through subscription or pre-order. Due to the nature of health and consumable products, we have specific policies regarding changes and cancellations.
Subscriptions
Certain supplements may be available for recurring delivery through a subscription plan.

You will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle, unless you have prepaid in full.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the next billing date.

You can cancel, skip, or modify your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle by login in your account or contacting us at support@zooonecare.com.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
⚠️ Health & Safety Notice:
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any supplements that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Only unopened items in original sealed packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you're purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released. At checkout, we may either collect no payment or a partial deposit, while securely storing your payment method. The full or remaining balance will be charged once the product is available and ready to ship.
You may cancel any pre-order that hasn’t yet been fulfilled, even if partially paid. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
